In the installation of the transmitter, should ensure that the cable lead outlet has a good seal.
Fifth, intrinsically safe explosion-proof transmitter must be equipped with a safety grid to be used in hazardous places with explosive mixtures. Safety grille should be in line with GB3836.4-2010 “explosive gas environment with electrical equipment, part 4 intrinsically safe “i”” provisions, and by the relevant explosion-proof department for explosion-proof test and obtain explosion-proof certificate of conformity. Installation should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of its operating instructions.
Sixth, intrinsically safe explosion-proof transmitter for safety reasons, should distinguish between intrinsically safe circuits and non-intrinsically safe circuits, and intrinsically safe circuits wiring and other electrical circuits wiring separate lines.
