When the transmitter is disturbed by the outside world and suddenly generates a spike current or voltage, the surge protector can turn on and shunt in a very short time, so as to avoid the surge from causing damage to the transmitter in the circuit.
The surge protector used in the transmitter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, low residual voltage level, sensitive response, stable performance and reliable operation. When applying a surge protector to the transmitter, first install it while disconnecting the switching power supply. It should be connected in series between the transmitter and the power channel. The input terminal (IN) of the second surge protector is connected to the power channel, and the output terminal (OUT) is connected to the transmitter. Third, the grounding wire of the surge protector and the ground wire of the lightning protection system should be reliably connected. Fourth, the surge protector does not require special maintenance. When there is a failure in the system and a surge protector is suspected, it should be removed and re-inspected.
