Differential pressure transmitter blowdown object: The transmitter impulse pipe sewage is mainly for differential pressure transmitters, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters and other instruments, because the measurement medium contains dust, oil scale, fine particles, etc. deposited in the impulse pipe or in the pressure valve, which directly or indirectly affects the measurement of differential pressure transmitters.
Precautions should be taken for regular sewage discharge of differential pressure transmitters:
1. Before the pressure regulation system discharges, it should be automatically switched to manual to ensure that the opening of the regulating valve remains unchanged.
2. For differential pressure transmitters, close the positive and negative pressure valves of the three-valve group before discharging pollution.
3. Place the container under the sewage valve, and slowly open the positive and negative pressure guide pipe sewage valve to make the materials and dirt enter the container and prevent the materials from being discharged directly into the ditch, otherwise, one will pollute the environment and the other will cause waste.
4. Open the positive and negative pressure valve of the three-valve group, loosen the sewage (exhaust) screw on the body of the differential pressure transmitter for sewage discharge, and tighten the screw after the sewage discharge is completed.
5. Observe the on-site indicator instrument until the output is normal, if it is an adjustment system, it will be manually switched and automatic.
It should be noted that before the differential pressure transmitter pressure guide pipe is discharged, if the liquid level is measured, the balance door cannot be opened, and the balance door is best opened for flow measurement. The sewage discharge of the impulse pipe of the differential pressure transmitter should be before the pressure is established in the sampling pipe, if the pressure is very high, and then the sewage is discharged, the sewage door is easy to be closed tightly, resulting in leakage. When the equipment is operating normally, try not to drain the water. If the sewage door is not closed tightly, or the hot soda is easy to injure people and damage equipment.
