The use of transmitters is becoming increasingly widespread. In automatic detection and adjustment systems, various process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, temperature and humidity, soil moisture, and other physical quantities are transformed into unified standard signals for adjustment, indication, and recording.
For common problems such as errors, signal interference, and lack of signal that often occur in the use of transmitters, based on years of experience, the following solutions have been analyzed and summarized:
Type 1: Transmitters without output
1. Check if the transmitter power supply is reversed;
2. Connect the ammeter in series to the 24V power supply circuit and check if the current is normal;;
3. If it is a transmitter with a meter head, check if the meter head is damaged. If the meter head is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
Type 2: Unstable transmitter output signal
1. The measured medium itself fluctuates greatly and is unstable;
2. Is the power supply of the transmitter normal;
3. Whether the transmitter wiring is firm;
4. Whether the transmitter is effectively grounded;
5. Finally, it is necessary to review whether the transmitter has been damaged. Overloading or excessive temperature can cause damage to the transmitter.
Transmitters are the main means and means of obtaining information. The transmitter monitors and controls the parameters during the production process to ensure that the equipment remains in normal working condition.
