As an electronic device, the pressure transmitter is a product that customers provide corresponding technical parameters according to their own working conditions, and the pressure transmitter manufacturer customizes the production according to the specific requirements of the customer. After the production of the pressure transmitter is completed, it will be tested, and the inspection can be carried out before the outbound packaging can be mailed to the customer.
The inspection of pressure transmitters is a very complex and demanding process, and each pressure transmitter has its own unique product number to ensure that each pressure transmitter can be traced back to the source.
Visual inspection: The shell and part surface coating of the pressure transmitter should be smooth and intact, free of rust and mildew. The pressure transmitter parts should be intact, the fasteners should not be loose and damaged, and the movable parts should be flexible and reliable. The digital display with the display pressure transmitter should be clear and there should be no missing strokes.
Tightness check: When the pressure transmitter is smoothly boosted and the upper limit of the range is reached, there should be no leakage when the pressure source is closed for sealing.
Metrological testing: The selection of verification points should be evenly distributed according to the range, and generally should include no less than 5 points including the upper and lower limits (or within 10% of the input range near them). Pressure transmitters better than class 0.1 and class 0.05 should have no less than 9 points. It is not allowed to adjust the zero point and measuring range, and it is not allowed to tap and vibrate the transmitter during the verification process, and the input pressure signal should be slow enough to avoid overshoot when approaching the verification point.
