Acting on the sensor, the sensor will output a corresponding charge signal, at this time, and then use the standard detection equipment with known accuracy to measure the charge signal, get the size of the charge signal, thereby obtaining a set of input-output relationship, such a series of processes is the calibration process of the piezoelectric pressure sensor.
Calibration of the sensor:
To some extent, calibration is also a kind of calibration, which means that after a period of storage or use, the sensor needs to be retested to detect whether the basic performance of the sensor has changed and determine whether it can continue to be used.
Therefore, calibration refers to the performance retesting of the sensor during use or after storage. During calibration, some indicators of the sensor have changed and should be corrected.
