The 3051 intelligent differential pressure transmitter is widely used in complex and harsh working conditions with its excellent performance and characteristics, and will have many unexpected conveniences in the process of use. Today, we mainly introduce the wiring of the 3051 intelligent differential pressure transmitter and its precautions.
The wiring of the 3051 intelligent differential pressure transmitter requires professional personnel to operate. In the first step, the staff removes the cover on the terminal side of the contact. In the second step, connect the positive lead of the power supply to the terminal block marked “+” (PWR/COMM), and the negative lead of the power supply to the terminal block marked “-“. In the third step, it is important not to forget to connect the ground wire of the transmitter. The fourth step is to reinstall the cover of the transmitter.
In the wiring process of the 3051 intelligent differential pressure transmitter, it is recommended to choose a cable diameter of φ7.5~φ9, and the locking end needs to be tightened after wiring to ensure the protection of the transmitter. The 3051 intelligent differential pressure transmitter TEST is used for connection to indicator instruments or for test purposes. The power supply is sent to the transmitter via an electrical signal and no additional wires are required. Be careful not to connect the power signal cable to the test (test) end, otherwise, the diode will be burned out. In the unlikely event of burnout, the two test terminals can be shorted for the transmitter to function properly. The 3051 intelligent differential pressure transmitter is capacitive grounding, and the high-voltage megohmmeter cannot be used to check the insulation resistance. Only voltages not greater than 100V are allowed for line inspection.
