The stability of the pressure transmitter is very important, how to test and judge the stability of the pressure transmitter?
First of all, the natural jump variable of the output signal of the pressure transmitter itself can be observed by power-on, and the zero output jump variable of the pressure transmitter with good stability for 5 consecutive minutes should be < 0.01%FS; The zero output jump variable of the pressure transmitter with poor stability for 5 consecutive minutes should be greater than 0.06%FS; For common pressure transmitters with 4-20mA output, 0.01%FS equals 0.0016mA and 0.06%FS equals 0.0096mA.
Secondly, in the case of power-on, touch the pressure transmitter shell with your hand to sense the change of the output signal, and the change amount > 0.1%FS, which is a typical sign of poor anti-electromagnetic interference performance; For a common pressure transmitter with an output of 4-20mA, 0.1%FS equals 0.016mA.
Third, the continuous observation of 1 hour of zero output change, the change of good stability of the transmitter should be less than half of the maximum allowable error specified in the accuracy level of the pressure transmitter, and the change of the pressure transmitter with poor stability will be greater than 2 times of the maximum allowable error specified in the accuracy level of the pressure transmitter.
By testing the above-mentioned electrical properties, the stability and anti-interference ability of the pressure transmitter can be basically judged, and with the basic premise of high stability, the pressure transmitter with high accuracy and high reliability can be manufactured.
