When calibrating the differential pressure transmitter, first turn off the positive and negative valves of the three-valve group, open the balance valve, then loosen the exhaust, drain valve or empty, and then replace the exhaust, drain valve or connected to the positive pressure chamber with a self-made joint; The negative pressure chamber is kept loose, allowing it to ventilate. Between the input pressure source and the 4-20mA current signal formed, the HART differential pressure transmitter also has a microprocessor chip to calculate the input data in addition to machinery and circuits. The actual calibration can be carried out in the following steps: 1. Make a 4-20mA adjustment first, which is used to calibrate the D/A converter inside the transmitter, because it does not involve the sensor group and does not use the external pressure signal source. 2. Make another adjustment of the whole process to make the 4-20mA, digital reading consistent with the actual applied pressure signal, so a pressure signal source is required. 3. After the re-dosing range, the analog output of 4-20mA is consistent with the external pressure signal source by adjusting it, and its function is exactly the same as that of the zero (Z) and range (R) switches on the transmitter shell. After the adjustment of the HART differential pressure transmitter is completed, the exhaust and discharge valves or the should be rotated back to their original positions, and the raw meal belt should be wound, and the raw material belt should be tightened to ensure that there is no leakage, but the exhaust and liquid discharge work of the positive and negative pressure chambers should be carried out before tightening.
