The differential pressure value is not displayed normally:
First of all, it is necessary to check whether the line is virtual, short connected or disconnected, and the fault can be judged and dealt with by measuring the power supply, quantity resistance, shake insulation and other methods. When troubleshooting the line, it depends on whether the acquisition module or differential pressure transmitter is faulty. Use a multimeter to check whether the working power supply and output of the differential pressure transmitter are normal.
Impulse tube failure:
1. The impulse pipe is leaking. This is due to the fact that there are many accessories such as differential pressure transmitter contacts and globe valves, resulting in an increase in leakage points and increased maintenance workload. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably do a good job in the corrosion prevention of the impulse pipe and reduce the appearance of trachoma in the impulse pipe; The screw at the interface of the impulse tube should be tightened to prevent loosening.
2. The impulse tube is blocked. In the actual production, use and maintenance, due to untimely discharge or dirty medium, sticky or with particles, powder, etc., over time, some will solidify, causing the impulse pipe to blockage, so that the measurement can not be carried out normally. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the transmitter, it is necessary to regularly dredge the impulse tube.
In addition, we also need to pay attention to the installation of a pressure shut-off valve between the differential pressure transmitter and the medium to facilitate maintenance and prevent the pressure inlet from being blocked and affecting the measurement accuracy. If the differential pressure transmitter is installed in a harsh site and encounters dangerous damage such as lightning strikes or overvoltage, we recommend that users protect against lightning and overvoltage between the distribution box or the power supply and the transmitter. When disassembling the differential pressure transmitter, make sure that the differential pressure transmitter is disconnected from the pressure source and power supply to avoid accidents caused by media spraying.
