First of all, the large-range level transmitter can be installed vertically, obliquely and horizontally, and it should be noted that whether it is installed in the tank or tank, it should be ensured that no impurities such as sediment are blocked or buried in the probe of the level transmitter.

Secondly, due to the large range of the level transmitter, it is inevitable to encounter fluctuations in the medium, and when the medium fluctuates greatly, the probe part of the level transmitter should be counterweighted or a fixed sleeve should be used. This does not damage the probe of the level transmitter.

Third, large-range level transmitters must use air-shielded cables, which play a key role in atmospheric compensation in addition to power and signal transmission. During installation, avoid locking the cable of the level transmitter too tightly or bending at too sharp angles to prevent air conduction from being blocked or broken.

Fourth, the large-range liquid level transmitter may need to be installed with an extension cable on site, at this time, it is necessary to ensure that the wiring part is kept ventilated and dry, soaking is strictly prohibited, and to avoid moisture and dirt blocking the atmospheric connection pipe in the center of the cable, otherwise the level transmitter will be damaged or the measurement is inaccurate.
