Diaphragms are very important during the use of pressure transmitters. If the pressure transmitter diaphragm is damaged, it will directly render the pressure transmitter unusable. The most direct way to damage the pressure transmitter diaphragm is to touch the diaphragm directly, which is common during the installation, unloading or cleaning of pressure transmitters. The diaphragm of the pressure transmitter is generally only about 0.1mm thick, and it is easy to damage the diaphragm once it is improperly operated.
