Pressure sensors in the field application, there are a variety of factors on the sensor measurement interference, and even lead to sensor damage in serious cases. Sensor surge, pulse group, electrostatic discharge of anti-interference detection is very important.
Surge: refers to the instantaneous (millionths of a second) circuit in the current and voltage of the sudden change. For example, high-power equipment, lightning strikes and other instantaneous discharge of electricity. This is reflected in the sudden burning of sensors, no signal output, no display, and abnormal operation.
Pulse group: refers to the group of spikes on the sensor interference.
Electrostatic discharge: is the field environment of the electrostatic interference on the sensor.
The accuracy of the pressure sensor is one of its important indicators, the accuracy of the pressure sensor accuracy directly determines the accuracy of the sensor measurement. The equipment used to test the accuracy of the pressure sensor for the imported high-precision multimeter, accuracy of one ten thousandth, in the country belongs to the top equipment.
First of all, we have to connect the line, supply power to the sensor, collect it through the multimeter, and then pressurize it to test the pressure sensor. The pressure sensor range is 0~100 Pa, and the output is 4~20 mA. The accuracy of the pressure sensor is 0.25 level by default, corresponding to the error of the output value of the multimeter is ±0.04. The pressure sensor is pressurized to the full range of 1MP, the multimeter corresponds to 19.996 mA, the accuracy has reached the level of 5/10,000ths of a milliampere, which is very accurate.
