The working principle of inductive pressure sensor:
The working principle of inductive pressure sensor is due to the magnetic material and permeability is different, when the pressure acts on the diaphragm, the size of the air gap changes, the change of the air gap affects the change of the coil inductance, the processing circuit can be converted into this inductance change into the corresponding signal output, so as to achieve the purpose of measuring pressure.
