Temperature measurement is performed using the diode-sensing P-N junction and the forward step-down characteristic of temperature change with temperature under constant current. Humidity is measured by the characteristics of moisture sensitive capacitance and capacitance value change with the change of humidity. Temperature and humidity compensate for each other. Atmospheric pressure is the diffusion of a Wheatstone bridge on a monocrystalline silicon wafer, and the pressure of the measured medium changes the resistance value of the bridge wall (piezoresistive effect). The amplification circuit is then used to amplify the digital signal corresponding to the humidity temperature and atmospheric pressure standards.
